Mr. Hill joined Parkson in early 2008 and has since held the positions of Six Sigma and Business Process Leader, Biosolids Product Portfolio Manager, Regional Sales Manager and General Manager of Mechanical Products and Aftermarket Business. Prior to joining Parkson, Mr. Hill worked in the fields of Capital Project Engineering and Supply Chain Management in the fiberglass manufacturing industry. He holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio, an MBA from the University of Toledo in Toledo, Ohio, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in the state of Florida.

Ms. Huang brings over two decades of expertise in Corporate Finance and M&A, with a proven track record of driving financial strategy and delivering results.  Prior to joining Parkson, she held a variety of progressively finance roles at Sprague Energy, a former sister company within the Axel Johnson Inc. family. These roles highlight her career advancement and accomplishments, demonstrating her ability to adapt and excel in complex financial environments. Ms. Huang earned a master’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Corporate Finance from Boston University in Boston, Massachusetts. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in Chinese Language from Beijing Language and Culture University in Beijing, China.

Mr. Fangman has over 30 years of experience in the water and wastewater industry. He previously worked at Siemens Water Technologies, where for over 24 years he held various positions from Applications Engineer, Sales, and General Manager of the Jet Tech Products Division, and Director of Sales for all of Siemens Municipal business in North America. Mr. Fangman has a bachelor's degree in Industrial Technology from Emporia State University in Emporia, Kansas.

Mr. McCurry has spent nearly 30 years in water, wastewater and wet waste engineering, process, design, product development and operations. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Nuclear Engineering from North Carolina State University and is a licensed Professional Engineer.  Mr. McCurry has held a wide variety of technical and commercial leadership roles from co-founder of the nuclear industry OEM Avantech, Inc., to Engineering Director with Orica, and most recently as Vice President of Innovations with Ixom Watercare.
